Our Story
Sometimes hard work isn't enough.
Running a business can be tough—especially when you come from a background where the odds are stacked against you. I grew up in inner-city Detroit at a time when support systems were being stripped from our families. Entrepreneurship was my way out.
Today, Growmetix® helps others achieve economic freedom. We design & deliver coaching and learning experiences that inspire entrepreneurs, community leaders and ecosystem builders to break through barriers to success.

We expanded our reach with an office in Portland, Oregon, solidifying our commitment to serving a national network of entrepreneurs.
Since 2020, CEO Nikita Allen has shaped the landscape for emerging businesses through her work with NC IDEA's Black Entrepreneurship Council (BEC).
Since 2018, Growmetix® has served as the facilitation partner for AMP UP! Charlotte, the city's accelerator program for small businesses.
