Get Ready to Make the Leap
Driven by a vision for expanding equity in entrepreneurship, Luna Launchpad™ is a business accelerator that celebrates the resilience and determination of black and brown women. This innovative program offers a blend of in-person and remote learning sessions 2x per week — along with mentorship and community, to nurture the growth potential of women owned businesses.
Alumni leave the program with clear plan to confidently transition their side hustle into a full-time reality; One that brings the financial security and freedom you have always dreamed of.

Luna Launchpad™ is best suited for women in business who are committed to showing up, ready to connect with and support other womenpreneurs and eager to learn from our team of expert facilitators and business coaches.

Our commitment to and focus on the shared, lived experiences of women of color is what sets Luna Launchpad™ apart.
Our delivery model is a mix of remote and in person, instructor led sessions held evenings and weekends to fit your busy schedule.
The program includes hands-on learning and collaboration by way of in person labs that meet every Saturday during the 10-week program.
Participants who already have some traction with your side hustle (evidenced by at least $24k in annual revenue) will have the most impactful outcomes from the program.

In Latin, ‘Luna’ means “the moon”. Luna was also a Roman goddess of the moon; often seen riding through the night sky in her elegant chariot. The word represents femininity, intuition, and the potential for growth and transformation.
We chose the name, Luna Launchpad™ to symbolize a supportive and empowering environment for women in business. Just as the moon guides and illuminates, this innovative program aims to provide the knowledge, skills and resources you need to make the leap from ‘side hustle’ to full-time, self-sustaining business.
Growmetix® approach is multifaceted and deeply intentional. Stories will emerge from Luna Launchpad™ that showcase women who have transitioned from moonlighting to day breaking; turning side hustles into thriving full-time businesses. These narratives will highlight the journey of “making the leap” e.g. transforming passion into profit and leveraging one’s talents to build a business that resonates with personal values and aspirations.
Applications are considered on a rolling basis, in the order received. We appreciate your patience as we navigate the hundreds of applications we receive for each cohort.
- If you meet our program eligibility criteria (and spots are still available), you will be invited to schedule a brief VIDEO interview with our Program Coordinator and / or Facilitation Team.
- If the upcoming cohort has already filled, you’ll be added to our waitlist. We will contact you as we get closer to the next cohort kick off.
There is no cost to you. Thanks to the generosity of Program Partners like NC IDEA, scholarships are available to cover tuition for up to twelve (12) womenpreneurs selected to participate in each Luna Launchpad™ cohort.
