By using this website or any services offered by Growmetix® (“Growmetix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including signing up for newsletters, submitting personal information, applying for or joining programs or purchasing memberships, you agree to these Terms of Use.

About Growmetix®

Growmetix, LLC. is a North Carolina Limited Liability Company that designs & develops coaching and learning programs, events and experiences that inspire entrepreneurs, business leaders and professionals, and work teams to embrace new ways of working and breakthrough barriers to success.

Our services include:

1:1 and Group Coaching
access to digital content, discussions and live or recorded sessions through our Breakthrough Community™
access to physical spaces, such as The Greenhouse, for meetings, workshops and other professional purposes
cohort-based programs such as Luna Launchpad®
curriculum development, training facilitation, program design, development and / or delivery for not-for-profit and for profit companies and government organizations

While we provide coaching, training, resources, and support, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Participation is at your own risk.

Digital Community

Growmetix® Breakthrough Community™ (the Community) is offered through three Membership Circles: Spark, Glow and Blaze. Each Membership Circle has its own pricing, billing, and cancellation terms, which are disclosed during the checkout process. Access to the community is granted immediately upon successful payment. Use of the Community — including logging in, viewing content, attending or participating in discussions, live or recorded sessions, On Demand Courses and / or scheduling or attending coaching sessions, counts as receiving the service.

Spark Circle may include a $1 trial, which lets you explore the community before committing. The $1 trial fee is non-refundable. You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid future charges. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your membership will automatically convert to Spark Circle at the standard rate -- and your payment method on file will be charged.
Glow Circle Members can cancel at any time to stop future billing.
Blaze Circle Members have a 90-day minimum commitment. After this period, you may cancel at any time to stop future billing.

You can cancel any membership through the Cancel Membership option in your Member Profile, direct messaging our Community Experience Coordinator or by submitting a request via the Contact Us page at www.growmetix.com.

Cancellation does not provide refunds for current or prior billing periods. Partial months or unused services are not refunded.

Physical Space Use

Growmetix® may offer access to physical spaces, such as The Greenhouse, in our Charlotte, NC office. These spaces are available for rental and use only for the purposes booked.

All space reservations are booked and managed through Peerspace, and availability, pricing, and terms are shown there at checkout.

Using these spaces does not create a partnership, endorsement, or collaboration with Growmetix®, and you may not use our name, logo, or brand in marketing, programs, or promotions without written permission.

All reservations must follow the booking rules and space policies. Misuse of the space or misrepresentation of affiliation with Growmetix® may result in suspension of space access or membership privileges.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, programs, workshops, courses and other digital resources belong to Growmetix®. You may not copy or distribute them without permission.

Third Party Services

We use third-party providers for payment processing, email delivery, analytics, community hosting, and space bookings. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy obligations.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by laws in the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts or arbitration in this location.

Changes to this Policy

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
