We’re excited to share that Growmetix® has been awarded a $50,000 grant from NC IDEA, a private foundation committed to supporting entrepreneurship across North Carolina. The grant is part of the NC IDEA ECOSYSTEM Grant Program, which funds organizations working to build and strengthen the state’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

This funding marks a major milestone for Growmetix® as we prepare launch Luna Launchpad®, a 10-week business capacity-building program designed to empower moonlighting Black womenpreneurs with the knowledge skills and resources they need to make the leap from ‘side hustle” to full time, self-sustaining business. Luna Launchpad® will offer a curated learning experience and access to a supportive community of mentors and peers.

Growmetix® is deeply committed to advancing equity and economic mobility. The ECOSYSTEM grant allows us to expand our reach and deepen our impact, helping underserved businesses owners gain the clarity, confidence and connections they need to thrive.

According to NC IDEA, the ECOSYSTEM Grant supports creative initiatives that serve entrepreneurs who identify as minority, female or reside in rural counties. Growmetix® was selected through a competitive application process — and we’re honored to be among the organizations chosen to help shape the future of entrepreneurship in North Carolina.
