Charlotte’s transportation system is entering a new era.

As CATS transitions into the Metropolitan Public Transportation Authority (MPTA), the region is preparing for major investments in transit, mobility and infrastructure. From rail expansion and station improvements to other infrastructure projects, the scope of work is significant.

While most focus on expansion projects, we know long-term success also depends on something else . . . people. Effective transit systems require more than operational expertise. They require leaders, managers and supervisors who can help teams adapt as the organization evolves.
